Q. What do you think of the telecom industry
these days? I think a couple of bad apples still
need shaken off the tree, but overall its moving in
the right direction.
Q. What makes you a top rep in your company?
Simple, I work. I see unsuccessful reps spend more
time pretending to work than actually working.
Q. How did you hear about TownHall?
Our whole office is working with TownHall, it
would be stupid not to.
Q. Any advice for other Account Managers out
there?
Take an extra three seconds and ask the question;
do you use audio conferencing or a webex type
product? The ROI on the time it takes to ask the
question can add up to thousands of dollars.

- Content is king - No one wants to attend
a Webinar that's an infomercial.
- A big name helps - Selecting someone
outside of your organization lends credence to the
value of the event.
- Timing is everything - Eliminate holidays
and the days before and after them. Forget about
Mondays and Fridays. Mondays are too busy, and
Fridays are for last-minute projects or early
departures.
