THTWeb Customer feedback
A letter from an actual customer.
Thank you for your help last week with our first
webinar. When we originally expected 50
participants on the call and 250 signed-up, we
panicked. You told us we had nothing to worry
about and you were right, we didn't.
Your professional staff helped us get set up and
walked us through the practice session. During the
event, everything went off without a hitch.
Thank you for your support, we look forward to our
next webinar!

| Web Conferencing Tips - Keep it simple. |
| |
It's easy to become enamored with all the features
that today's webconferencing systems offer. Avoid
the temptation to try all the bells and whistles if
you're just starting out or if you're trying a new
system. Master the basic controls: slide control,
polling and messaging. Once you and your audience
are comfortable with these elements, you can
gradually introduce more sophisticated features that
require more setup such as streaming audio,
whiteboarding, and application sharing.
